The seal you need for the Thetford Aqua-Magic V is part # TH34FR72JK. The options you mentioned part # TH43RA are for different toilet models, so they would not fit or seal correctly on the Aqua-Magic V. Going with the TH34FR72JK ensures you get the right fit so the bowl holds water properly and you avoid any leaks or having to redo the job.
