Hi Jared; you can use Kodiak disc brakes on your Venture VATB-8025 but you will need to identify the axle first. Based on the typical GVWR for that model, you probably have 3,500 lb axles. You can either use the axle tag to identify them, or pull off a hub and check for bearing part numbers/measure the spindle.
Assuming it is a standard #84 spindle on a 3,500 lb axle, the Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD67FR will fit. These have a Dacromet coating with a 300-400 hour salt spray rating. You may also want to consider a stainless option like the DeeMaxx # DE46YR for better corrosion resistance. Both use a # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearing.
Does your other axle have a brake flange? Assuming it does, I recommend adding brakes to both axles. They really aren't designed to work solo on a tandem setup, manufacturers do that because it is the lowest cost for them to be compliant with local laws.
What kind of boat are you towing?

Ok the bearings on my wheels are 15123. I will check the rear axel, sounds like brakes on both is much better.
