Hi Steven, welcome back! The only way to know which extension you need is to measure. This will ensure you have enough clearance for whatever you're towing with that setup. If you have the camper mounted in the truck, measure from the face of the truck's rear bumper to the outside edge of the camper's bumper.

If the camper is not mounted on the truck:
1. Measure from the inside of the front of your truck bed to the outside face of the truck's rear bumper.
2. Measure the camper's overall floor length from the rubber bumpers at the front to the outside edge of the rear bumper.
3. Find the difference between these 2 figures by subtracting. The difference is the length of the extension that you need.

The capacity varies between extensions so you want to make sure your setup is within that capacity as well. I also went ahead and added the wiring extension part numbers after each. This will extend your 7-way the length of the SuperTruss.
