Hey, Bruce. That's a really great question.
The distance between the mounting holes on the JR Products Hook and Keeper # 37210444B is 1" side to side and 2-3/16" from top to bottom. This is pretty standard hole spacing, so if you’re replacing an older hook and keeper, it will most likely line up with your existing holes.
