Question:
Good morning, I have an older Blue Ox system on my RV BX7380 Alpha 2 and have recently purchased a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus with the 2.7 liter engine. Can you list for me all the parts I need to have the Lincoln set up for flat towing with this system please? Thank you!

Hi Greg, congrats on the new ride!
To get your 2023 Lincoln Nautilus with the 2.7 liter engine set up for flat towing, you will need the following parts:
etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # e67FV
Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit - 7-Way to 6-Way Coiled Adapter Cord # RM-15267
Roadmaster Battery Disconnect for Towed Vehicle w/ Flat Tow Brake System - Gas Only # RM-766
Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables - 7,500 lbs - Qty 2 # BX88196 (may not need if you cables are in good condition)
This gets you 90% of the way there. Your Nautilus does need to have the battery disconnected, so you will definitely need the # RM-766 as it makes that process a lot easier. The etrailer base plate will attach to your Blue Ox Alpha tow bar without the need of any kind of adapter as well, so that's definitely a plus. You could also install the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 if you wanted to, but it isn't really necessary with the battery being disconnected.
The last thing you will need is a braking system (if you do not already have one). I have my top three options listed below, but keep in mind you will need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751475 when using any of them (or any braking system for that matter).
Portable:
Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System - Proportional # BLU37TR
Permanent:
Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251
Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Air Brakes # SM99243
This is a lot of parts, just let me know if you have any questions about anything. What kind of RV will you be towing your Nautilus with?
