im looking for a coleman heat pump rv ceiling install kit this system takes r410A and is ducted. ac model 48009-0690 serial 240060158

Hi Steven; it sounds like you're looking for a replacement air distribution box for that Coleman. I'm sorry to say those parts for R410A systems are no longer available. Everything switched to R32 last year due to the new EPA regulations, and the systems/parts aren't backwards compatible.

The only thing I'm able to offer is a complete replacement like the GE Appliances Low-Profile RV AC w/ Heat Pump # GE38RR. This comes with the AC unit, air distribution box and thermostat.

What kind of RV do you have?

I spoke with Coleman tech support and he acted like I was crazy. Claims there is no difference in the covers, only the Freon is different. He gave me a part no I ordered it. Hopefully he is correct.

@StevenA I do hope that works out. The reason why the ADB and thermostat needs to be replaced is because R32 operates at different pressures and temperatures. All of the electronic components changed in the systems to accommodate that and keep everything safe and working properly.
