Can You Install Demco Vacuum Tee Fitting DM6257 Without Cutting The Hard Line?

how do you install the check valve with out cutting hard line of a 2025 Jeep wrangler when using this tee

Hey Tim, thanks for reaching out, and good question. That Demco Vacuum Tee Fitting # DM6257 is actually made so you don’t have to cut into anything, but it only works if your Jeep has the right style connection at the brake booster. On the newer Wranglers, you’re usually tying in at the booster where there’s a quick-connect or sensor port. You just pop the factory line off, plug the tee into the booster, then plug your factory line back into the tee and run your vacuum line off the third port.
If you get under there and it’s all hard line with no removable connection at the booster, that’s where it gets tricky. In that case, there’s really no clean way to use that tee without cutting and adapting. But if your Wrangler has that quick-connect at the booster, it’s a pretty straightforward install with no cutting involved.
