Yes, you will still need to install the check valves with the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243 or # DM26VR, even if you use the Demco Vacuum Connection Tee Fitting # DM6257.
It will still require you to install the check valves, this fitting should make it easier for the install. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well.
