Can Non-ABS Brake Assemblies be Used with ABS Lippert Hub/Drum

Is there any reason this abs hub/drum with tone ring wouldnt work with an AKEBRK-7-SA brake? I dont need abs as my trailer isnt equiped with that, but these hubs/drums are cheaper than alternatives.

Hey Doug, while this isn't normally something people do you can use non-ABS brake assemblies like the part # AKEBRK-7-SA with ABS hub/drums like the part # LC49PX that you referenced and it will function like a standard non-abs system. These normally aren't cheaper haha.
