Hello Henry, thanks for reaching out. The Replacement Tail Light and Side Marker Lens # A16RB is for the Optronics brand combination tail lights. The Hopkins C7280 is very similar to that, but they are not identical, so the lens would not be a suitable replacement.
I'm not seeing that Hopkins offers a replacement lens for the C7280 light so if yours is damaged, your best bet would be to just replace the whole light. They aren't terribly expensive so what I recommend is the following:
- Optronics Combination Trailer Tail Light - Submersible - 7 Function - Incandescent - Passenger Side # ST16RB
What kind of trailer is this for? A boat or utility trailer?

I'm not sure. I would contact eTrailer. They are extremely knowledgeable and have never let me down when it's come to maintenance on my almost 20 yr. old boat and boat trailer. Almost every light on my trailer has been replaced with products from eTrailer. Some lights have been replaced twice due to my stupidity. eTrailer's prices are comparable and competitive with other suppliers. Even with shipping and handling.

I bought this for my boat trailer as the original one failed. I've had no problems with the new one and I use my boat at least once a month. The trailer lights get submerged in water at least twice each trip, and I've had the new lights over a year
