Question:
I am looking for the TPMS screw on caps for my travel trailer that will sync with the trailering app on my 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax. Can you tell me which ones will work ? Thanks

Hey David, thanks for reaching out. The only TPMS sensors that sync with your GMC truck are the OEM sensors from GM that mount inside the wheel, and those are not something we carry here. You aren't going to find screw on sensors that work with that system. GM’s system only talks to the internal sensors that go inside the tire, same style as what your truck uses from the factory. The cap-style ones like TST or TireMinder run on their own system with a separate display or phone app, so they won’t show up on your truck screen no matter what. That’s usually the point where people get frustrated because it seems like it should work, but GM keeps it pretty locked down.
If you want to use screw on sensors, it can be done, just know it would be a completely separate system with its own display. For a system with four sensors, I'd recommend the following:
- TST TPMS for RVs - Color Display - Signal Booster - 4 Tire Sensors # TST-507-RV-4-C
This comes with 4 sensors, but you can add additional to monitor both the trailer tires and truck tires.
What kind of camper are you hauling?

I have been using my for over 3 years. I haven’t had any issues and only had to change the batteries in the sensors once. They work great and I would purchase them again if I needed to. I’m using them on a Alliance 5th wheel.

Very happy with this unit. Sensors are easy to put on for a trip, then remove afterwards. Display unit is small enough to be unobtrusive in the cab, fits nicely at the upper corner of passenger side of windshield. Nice that it is battery-operated and rechargeable - no additional cords to plug in and hang on the dash.
