What tow hitch package do I need for a 2026 Toyota Highlander Platinum?

Hey Jonathan, the etrailer hitch part # e75ZR that you referenced would be a great option for a hitch for your 2026 Toyota Highlander Platinum. Then for trailer wiring you'd want the Curt part # C56RV which is easy to install and provides a 4-way.
What will you be towing and do you have a ball mount and hitch ball already?

Installation was a one-man job using a Floor jack to support it. I had to order a torque wrench to meet the high torque requirements on the bolts ( I think it was over a 100+?) . My 2021 already has a built in ready to plug into trailer light module. It is located behind the second seat, rear panel on driver side. A little tight to get to, but it was plug and go. There is a fuse with this, and you need to remember that it is behind the panel if you have any trailer light issues. I put a label on my panel to remind me. I see a different kit is recommended, I used the C79VV on mine. I am not sure of the difference. May be the different years hook up slightly different.
