Hey Chris! For the front hitch you can use the Curt # C22NR. This does have some fitment exceptions, so if you have the turbo, diesel, or max trailering model it will not fit. If you have the LTZ, High Country, or ZR2 some modification will be necessary. If you have any of these models let me know and we can go a different direction with the hitch.
For the plow I recommend the Meyer HomePlow Residential Snowplow w/Electric Lift # ME88FR. This is specifically designed for 1/2-ton trucks and mounts using their quick-link system with the front hitch. It has auto-angling and also has a wireless blade control. Meyer makes really great plows so you know this will be reliable.

Chris, I use the SnowSport plow and have been very happy with it. The operation is manual but that means no hydraulics or electrical controls need to be added to your truck. It also sits below the headlights when lifted so you can avoid that hassle and still drive the truck. I wouldn't do anything commercial with it and would think twice about plowing an unfamiliar space where I don't know what's under the snow. But for a personal driveway or lot its perfect.
