Im thinking of upgrading my CURT Type III hitch to a CURT Type IV. Vehicle is 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. Would it be possible to acquire an install hardware kit for Type III hitch to reinstall Type III in future

Hey Pat! You can order new hardware using the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK. Do you know what Curt Class III hitch it is? You will need to enter a part number in the "Hitch Item Number" box.
For example, if you have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13374 you will enter 13374 and add it to your cart. If you don't already have a Class IV hitch we carry the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV # 14374 for your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic.

Was originally going to pull twenty foot auto hauler with A car weighing 4500-5000 lbs on top. Finagled my way out of that and will stick to ten foot utility trailers.
