Hey Debbie, I have a solution for getting a 4 way flat trailer plug on the back of your 2005 Ford E250.
I'm not entirely sure which 4 way round you are referring to, but a custom fit option like Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56020 would be plug-and-play, giving you a nice 4 way flat connection for your trailer.
Or if you have the wiring there and just need a 4 way flat end, just use something affordable and universal like Hopkins 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector w/ 48" Harness # HM48035.
If you can let me know exactly what you have going on, I can make sure I didn't misunderstand anything you said :). What kind of trailer are you trying to pull?
