Question:
Will you provide hardware with the hitch 24966?

Hi Kaiser!
Absolutely, all of our trailer hitches include the necessary hardware for installation.
I can't quite tell by your question if you already have the Draw-Tite model 24966 and are just needing the hardware, in which case you can use our part # RHK (simply add that 24966 part number into the box provided on the product page and we'll send out the exact hardware kit you need for that hitch), or if you're still needing both the hitch and the hardware.
If the latter is the case, I will have to steer you in a different direction because that 24966 is no longer available. The best alternative is the Curt 1-1/4" # C11473, which is extremely similar to the Draw-Tite model you mentioned, comes with all the needed hardware, and will line right up to existing holes in the frame for a no-drill installation. I attached a video you can follow along with, as well.
What are you planning on using the hitch for? Anything fun?

Yes, it comes with the necessary bolts that will attach to the structure of your car. Just make sure you have large torque wrench.

I used thi hitch for my 2017 Prius 4. Worked great. Just make sure you get the correct one for your Prius as there are different models of Prius and a couple of different hitches.

It's been several years since I installed that trailer hitch, so I don't remember if it came with hardware, or not. But, if I remember correctly, the thickness of the flanges of the hitch are only 1/8 - 3/16" thick. It mounts between the bumper shocks and the body, so I think there would be enough length left on the factory bolts to accommodate it.
