Hey Karen! The closest replacement is going to be from MaxxFan. It requires a 6-1/4" diameter opening and fits a 1" to 6" thick roof. You can choose from the following based on color:
- MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent with 12V Fan - LED Light - 6" Diameter - Manual Lift - White # MA00-03810W
- MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent with 12V Fan - LED Light - 6" Diameter - Manual Lift - Black # MA00-03810B
Any trips coming up once you get your fan replaced?

The unit is as expected. Small fan … low CFM. It works well and I’ve had no problems with it.

Hi Karen, I installed this 2 years ago and no problems so far. The led light is much appreciated. You do need to clean your mounting surface very well. I applied butyl tape between the fan and the mounting surface and caulk the exterior mounting screws with a good caulk. I used Dicor self leveling caulk. Check your wiring job to be sure the light and fan work before mounting. Good luck, John
