Propane Manifold to Run Propane Line to Stove in Camper

Question:

I have 2 ,30lb propane tanks. Would like to run 12 ft. Copperline to inside camper. To a gas manifold. To run stove. Please advise on sizes and parts needed to complete this job. Bill

Hi Bill; since you're running to a single appliance you can use the JR Products RV LP Gas Manifold - 3 Port # JR45CR. You will also need # JR52CR or # JR32CR to make the connections along with the JR Products RV LP Gas Manifold Hose Disconnect Tool # JR92CR if you ever need to disconnect from the manifold. The copper tubing is something you will have to acquire locally.

What maximum size copper line to appliances?

@Bill it depends on the appliances and code requirements. 1/2" NPT is what is typically used and then you can size down for your specific appliance needs. Check the manual for your appliance. If you aren't sure I would take it to a local shop.
