Hey Rhett. The Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel item # AM30750 has a 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern so it will indeed fit on a 4' x 8' Harbor Freight Trailer. The one I saw on their website has 5.3" x 12" tires so you shouldn't have to worry about clearance with the fenders either.
The Kenda item # AM30750 is a durable 4-ply bias tire, that has a 840 lbs load capacity, and a 65 mph top speed. The wheel is a hot-dipped galvanized 8-spoke wheel that is corrosion resistant.
We also have the Kenda item # AM30740, which is the exact same tire but with a white wheel.
What do you use your trailer for?
