AquaFresh Exterior Water Filter System - Dual Cartridge - Advanced Carbon Block - 0.5 Micron Part Number: AF77FR First, is the water filter NSF certified? Is the housing able to accept any 10inch filter, meaning is it a universal housing? Does it come with all fittings to install?

Hello again Ken. The AquaFresh Exterior Water Filter System # AF77FR is not NSF certified. It does have a universal housing so it can accept most 10" industry standard filters. It includes the dual housing, wall bracket with hardware, and wrench. Anything else you need will have to be picked up locally.

I use this is my camper. I would recommend if you are looking for something low cost that you do not use all the time. We are not full timers, otherwise I might have upgraded. I do see that the o-rings on top sometimes inadvertently fall out when changing the filters so be cautious of this if you buy it and change them so you do not end up with a quick leak like I did. I use Camco filters for my 5th wheel in this.
