As I do not see any riser available for your Dometic 311 Part-Timer RV Toilet # DOM67FR your best bet would be to likely switch to the standard height Dometic 310 Part-Timer RV Toilet # DOM57FR. This toilet is 4-1/2" taller than your low-profile toilet.
