Does this carpet need to be cut or modified to accommodate the second and third row seat mounts?

Hey Jim! You will have to modify the VanRug Custom Floor Mat for Cargo Vans # VRTC14L to accommodate the seat mounts. These are all designed for the cargo van configuration so they aren't cut with seats and seat mounts in mind.
