Size of Bolt Head of the Replacement Threaded Hitch Pin and Clip # P5902
Published 07/01/2014 >
Question:
Hi, I have a 2009 Outback wagon with an OEM trailer hitch installed. It has a lip over the hole to the hitch pin which limits the size of a bolt I can tighten. I need to know how large is the bolt head on this.

I went and pulled a Replacement Threaded Hitch Pin and Clip # P5902 from our warehouse and measured the bolt head and found it to be 3/4 of an inch while the diameter of the washer is 1.16 inches.
