Question:
For this wheel in 15x6, 5x4.5, what is the max pressure rating. Im looking to go from a 15x5 wheel and 205/75r15, LR D tires to a 225 in LR E.

Hey Gary, the max PSI of the Aluminum Trinity Series Trailer Wheel # TA74XR is well over 100 psi and this is limited by the valve stem that it has and not the wheel. The included valve stem and wheel could easily handle the PSI requirements of 225/75-15 like the part # AM10303 which is rated for 80 psi. Do you have a tire picked out already?

Hi Gary. I can say with confidence you're good to 80 psi, as the wheel came with an 80 psi valve stem and the load capacity is 2835 (per etrailer and Taskmaster). As you probably know, load E, 2835 lb. capacity, and 80 psi are normally married conceptually. I paired mine with a Goodyear Endurance ST225/75R15E tire. I dynamically balanced the tire/wheel assemblies and my single-axle goes down the road in rock solid fashion. Contact me if you like . . . Andy ([email protected])
