Question:
Does the CE Smith Trailer Axle Beam with Standard Spindles - Galvanized - 57-1/2 Long - 1.8K Part Number: CE33201GA have EZ-Lube? It appears in the pictures there is a threaded hole in the end of the spindle, but there is no zerk fitting in it and the description of the product does not state if there is EZ-Lube or not

Hi Bryan!
The CE Smith Trailer Axle Beam with Standard Spindles - Galvanized - 57-1/2" Long - 1.8K # CE33201GA has standard spindles. I just went through all the CE Smith axles and it does not look like they offer any with EZ-Lube, unfortunately. I'm not 100% sure what that hole in the ends of the spindles is, but I do know it doesn't a connecting hole for grease to run out of (see included picture of Dexter spindle with EZ-Lube holes), so it isn't for a zerk fitting.
Are you wanting an axle with EZ-Lube spindles? The closest to this size we have is the Dexter Trailer Idler Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles - 60" Long - 2,200 lbs # T20BTR-EZ-6048, but this is longer at 60" hub face to hub face as well as 48" spring-center to spring-center. It does use the same size hubs mentioned in your last question, but those are for the standard spindles that come on the CE Smith axle. For an EZ-Lube hub, you would want the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,200-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # 8-259-50UC1-EZ. Not ideal, I know.
If you wanted the EZ-Lube spindle and cannot go with a different sized axle, you would need to contact a local trailer shop that can have a custom axle built to your specifications. That can get pretty expensive though, which is also not ideal. That said, I do have another option.
You could add the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 1980 - Chrome Plated (Pair) # BB24SR to the # CE33201GA axle and # 8-259-50UC1 hubs from your previous question. These are also American made and will essentially give you that EZ-Lube experience. This will also end up being a lot less expensive than having an axle custom made for your trailer and is the way I would go if I wanted the EZ-Lube kind of spindles.
