Question:
I'm also ordering your E45GR axle , will this system work on this axle?? the parts that you recommend I would need 4 of the ez-lube hubs and 2 break assemblies?

Hey Marvin! The Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-6-G-EZ-K and etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-7-SA will fit the Trailer Axle # e45GR. If you need two axles then yes, you will need four of the hub and drum assembly and two sets of the brake assemblies.
You will also need a U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-8 to mount the axle if you don't already have those parts.
Are you replacing old axles or are you building a trailer?
