Hey John! You can use the Lippert Center Point # LC1565391 as long as you meet the requirements. I'm sure you have standard 1-3/4" leaf springs. You will also need to make sure your minimum hanger height is 2-1/2" from the equalizer bolt hole to the top of the hanger, minimum hanger width is 3", and you have 29-1/2" or 30-1/2" hanger spacing.
We don't have a way of knowing this information, even with the VIN. The same is true for the leaf springs. We know you have 6k axles based on the picture you sent but you still need to measure the length of your leaf springs to find the right replacement.
If you find that the Center Point won't work for your trailer I recommend looking at the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers # RM49NQ. This will work with your setup and is one of the best improvements you can make when it comes to ride quality. It comes with leaf springs, so the cost of new ones is rolled into this, and won't require any kind of adjustment since it doesn't have air bags.
I attached a help article further down on this page which explains how to measure leaf springs. If you can add that measurement in the comments below I will see what is available.

The Roadmaster setup is what I’m leaning towards, also looking at the Timbre possibility the axle less ones
