Yes, you can Mike. The MouseBlocker 1000x Electronic Rodent Deterrent item # MB54FR can indeed be placed under your vehicle. It plugs into a standard outlet and covers a 1,000 sqft area. It functions off of line of sight and covers 1,000 sqft. So putting it on the floor underneath your vehicle will work great.
