Which one, the 1000 or the 360 would be better for the inside of a travel trailer?

Hey Gary, thanks for reaching out, and thanks for your patience as I looked into this.
I spoke with MouseBlocker directly and they said as long as you're connected to shore power then your best bet is to use the 1000x # MB54FR on the inside of the trailer, and the 360x # MB64FR outside and under the trailer.
Remember that the soundwaves can be blocked by walls and doors, so keep all of your doors open (inside the trailer) and be prepared to adjust things as necessary since each trailer profile can be different.

If you're familiar with travel trailers, they have the coroplast sheeting under them. Do they recommend putting the 360 up above the coroplast? I can't tell you how many times I've repaired wiring between the coroplast and trailer and it's always the wiring to the fresh tank, black and grey....I don't want to repair wires anymore...lol
