Hey Justin. The GE Appliances HE Low-Profile RV AC w/ Heat Pump item # GE86RR does not include a softstart. It has anti-vibration soft tubing and isolated rubber fan mounts to reduce noise. To reduce the amp pull when the compressor kicks on you can add the Active Controls Soft Start for RV ACs - 16 amp item # AS64FR.
