Hey Andrew, brand running boards that fit your 2020 Ford Transit T250 do require drilling like the part # RMK94PR. I wish there was a no-drill option but it's just not available on your vehicle as it doesn't have any brackets made for steps.

@AndrewD My apologies! I should have noticed that the Romik steps for your vehicle are sometimes sold individually. This is the first time I've ever seen this as an option on our site but I still should have noticed. So instead for a set for both sides I would recommend the part # RMK94PR. These all require drilling too which is an oversight of mine as well. The rear steps do not which is what I mentioned earlier.
