Hello leshawnl; if you are talking about a pair of air bags, one for each side, then I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2404. Firestone makes the most durable and reliable air bags so they're the best option with that crane. You can add more air pressure on the heavier side to help keep you leveled out.
I don't know where the crane sits in your truck, or how it is mounted, so I do recommend looking at the instructions linked further down on this page first. You want to verify nothing from the crane will interfere with the installation of the brackets.

Hey leshawnl, how did the Firestone Ride-Rite air bags work out on your F550 with the crane setup? Were you able to get the truck leveled once you adjusted the air pressure on the heavier side? Your results could really help others balancing uneven loads like yours.
