Hey Luke, thanks for the part numbers. To replace your Dexter 023-468-00 and 023-469-00 brake assemblies, you'll need the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies item # 23-468-469.
The Dexter item # 23-468-469 comes with both the left and right hand assemblies and are exact replacement parts for the ones currently on your trailer.
Are you wanting new hubs/drums or are you current ones still good? If you want a recommendation on replacement hubs. I'll either need a part number off of one of your current ones or the part numbers stamped on the sides of your inner and outer bearing. I also need the lug nut pattern.

Hey Luke, how did the swap go with the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brake assemblies? Did they match up well with your existing hubs and bearings? Your feedback could really help others replacing the same Dexter setup.
