Question:

I bought used truck with a Retrax Power tonneau cover. The serial number is 21080545807001 and the lock cover and assembly are missing. Can you please tell me what the replacement part number is? Also, 1 of the 2 key fobs for the cover that came with the truck will not operate the cover. Ive changed the battery and can see the light flash in in the sensor panel when depressing the buttons but nothing else happens. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Hey Malcom. I wasn't able to get any information off of that part number. The Replacement Lock Assembly with Keys for RetraxPRO Tonneau Covers item # RTX25QR is the only option we have though. It only works with the manual RetraxPRO MX or RetraxPRO XR tonneau cover.

It sounds like the key fob went out. You can try to pair it again with the steps below or replace it with the Replacement Key Fob item # RTX36TR.

Here is the pairing process:

1. Disconnect power to receiver for 2 minutes. Connect receiver to power
2. Press the STAR (Light) button for 1 second to clear the current internal code
3. Press "C" and "O" button at same time until the small indicator light on key fob begins flashing
4. Release the buttons
