It sure does Andrew. You'll want the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers - 60" Tall - Black - 1 Pair item # CE27646. Like the white item # CE27760, this kit comes with two 60" tall guides and fit trailer frames up to 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall.
If your trailer's frame is taller we have the item # CE11416 that works with frames up to 5-1/4" tall.

Sorry, I meant to say does the 60” white with lights version come in black that also has the lights on it.
