Yes, it will Dan. The BulletProof Hitches Weight Distribution Shank for 3" Hitches item # BPH85RR uses the same 1-1/4" hole spacing as Equalizer weight distribution hitch heads.
The BulletProof item # BPH85RR fits a 3" hitch receiver and has a 22,000 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 3,000 lbs. It's 12-1/2" tall overall and will give you up to a 7" drop or rise.
