Hi Virgil!
The Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 20,000 lbs # BWRVB3405 is not a vehicle specific part, but what it attaches to is. Do you have a B&W Turnoverball underbed gooseneck hitch in your Ram? Or is it the factory gooseneck hitch?
If you don't have the Turnoverball and want to go with the Companion hitch, let me know the year and model of your Ram and I can find one for you. The bed size and any other style break out would also help.

Yes, just had a B&W turnover ball installed in my ram. Now I'm in need of a companion slider since I have a shortbed.
