Question:

I am replacing wheels and tires on my ‘21 nitro hybrid snow trailer. Im going to upgrade to these aluminum wheels: KE26EV Are these lugs compatible? AM90049

Hey, Ryan!

Yes, you can use the Americana Trailer Wheel Lug Nut part # AM90049 with the Kenda Loadstar part # KE26EV. Since the lug nuts are chrome plated you wont get any sort of corrosion on the aluminum.

You picked a great rim, these are going to look great on your trailer!

Ryan I have a Nitro trailer also. These tires and wheels not only look good but work great. I wanted to widen the track so I changed my studs to a longer stud and added a 1/2 inch spacer between the wheels and tire. I wanted to move the tires away from the torsion bar suspension arm. Thanks Dave

@DaveP I always find it fun when we get comments from other customers who end up having the same trailer. How close was the tire/wheel to the torsion arm?

@Gwendolyn I had about 1/2 inch spacing but there were welds that made it closer. I just wanted the feeling the tire spacing was sufficient as not to rub in cornering.
