Yes! The Hellwig adjustable rear anti-sway bar part # HE59YR will work on your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 if you have airbags installed on them.
I attached a photo below of how the Hellwig installs and circled where the air bags would be attaching to on your axle.
Do you already have the air bags or are you looking at getting those added along with the Hellwig?
