Will the Fogatti InstaShower 8 Plus RV Tankless Water Heater Replace My Old Suburban Water Heater?

I have a 1986 Hi-Lo 2268d RV. My cutout dimensions are 13 1/8inch x 13 1/8. The door size on the old Suburban unit I took out is 15inch x 15, and matches the door size included with this unit. It appears that this Fogatti FG66FR will fit my cutout opening and door size needed. Am I correct?

Hello again Kate! This is great news. At 13-13/16 D, the monster I muscled out was 20 inches D! I have to say the description of the InstaShower 7 stating it doesn't perform as well in cold weather sold us on the InstaShower 8! We're actually cold weather campers, the 8 will work great. Thanks so much in getting back with me. I'll be purchasing the InstaShower 8 later today. And yes, the weight distribution system went together great! Everything fit perfect on the truck and the RV after I finished measuring and leveling. Again, thanks so much! Norm

@Norm Great choice on going with the 8 instead of the 7. The Fogatti InstaShower 8 performs better in cold weather than the InstaShower 7 because it produces more heat and handles higher water flow. With about 15% more heating power, the 8 can raise the temperature of colder incoming water more effectively, providing steady hot water even when outside temperatures are low. It also includes improved temperature-stabilizing features, like a mixing tank on the Pro version, which helps prevent sudden bursts of cold water when the demand changes. Overall, the extra heating capacity and smoother temperature control make the InstaShower 8 better suited for cold-weather use. I prefer the colder weather to camp in as well, bundled up and next to a fire. In fact, some of us are going after work today to a near by park to make a little campfire and roast some s'mores.
