What is the mounting hole spacing on these lights?

I have attached a drawing of the Optronics Triangular LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light , part # CBL22RB you can check out. As the drawing shows, the mounting holes are spaced 1-1/2 inches apart. This light has 15 LEDs and is weather and corrosion resistant.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.

I was able to find the 126003 hub and was able to determine that it is a 3,500 lb hub/drum with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern just like the #AKHD-545-35-K that you referenced. This hub will work as a replacement for your Lippert.

The 171317 steps are no longer being manufactured, but we do have a replacement gear plate as part #LC301696, motor part #LC301695, and controller part #LC301702.

The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part #AKHD-545-35-EZ-K would be an excellent replacement for a Tru-Ryde Hub/Drum RVD-H-545. Then for new brakes, I recommend the Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit part #AKFBBRK-35.
