Hey Richard. The Kenda Karrier KR53 ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" white Mod Wheel item # KE48JV comes balanced in the manner that trailer tires are balanced. Every tire and every wheel has a high (heavy) and low (light) spot. The manufacturers offset the high spot on the tire with the low spot on the wheel to balance them. They are not spun on a machine like car tires.
The Kenda Karrier KR53 ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" White Mod Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 item # KE48JV is a load range D tire with a 2,540 lbs capacity. It has a speed rating of M, which tops out at 81 mph. The silver 15" x 6" wheel has a 6 on 5-1/2 lug pattern.
You can use the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads Single Pack for Trailers item # CA66VR to keep your tires balanced. These easily install thru the valve stem and use centrifugal force to balance the tire as you drive.
