Question:

I have Goodyear endurance ST 225/ 75 R 15 tyre fitted to my TT. Trailer weight is 6000 lb. For ease of daily use, I fill to 80 psi, the ride over the road is good. My TPMS, says to set the upper limit of 20 of tyre pressure, which equals 96 psi. This is very achievable, and I believe is very conservative, do you have any Dara from Goodyear, for upper/ lower limits, and a load chat perhaps. Can you recommend a rim and Goodyear endurance package for my TT please, Cougar 22 RBS, I would love a spare wheel fitted with a tyre. The wheel I have is stamped with the following, SRW 16x6J Dot T China 10 17 Max 2860lbs P If you could give me some options, that would be great. The photo is the decal on the wheel I have.

Your Goodyear Endurance Tire is the ST225/75R15 size that you are looking for. This has a load range of E (2,860 lbs at 80 psi) and a max speed of 87 mph just like what you currently have. For a wheel I recommend the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20539 which is a silver color, has the same weight rating, comes with a limited 2-year warranty, and is made here in the USA. According to the attached psi chart from Goodyear the max amount of pressure that this tire can handle is 80 psi. I recommend using the valve stem # AM20907 which has a max rating of 100 psi just so you have a safety margin. Please note that the 80 psi rating is for a cold tire that has been sitting still for a period of time (like overnight). Tires naturally heat up and have a higher psi rating during travel which is why your TPMS is telling you to set the upper limit at a higher rating.
