Will I have to self-drill the holes for the water supply for the shower head?

Great question!
The Specialty Recreation RV Shower and Tub Surround - 32" W x 23-3/4" D x 66" T - White # SR75RR does not have any pre-cut holes, so you will need to cut them yourself for the water supply and shower head.
What kind of camper are you putting this in?
