If you are asking about the pin that holds the tow bar to the Replacement Attachment Tab for Curt Base Plates - 7-3/4" Long - Qty 1 # C97ER, it does not. We used pin and attachment tab interchangeably in the description as that tends to be what people refer to them as.
For that pin, you can use the Replacement Safety Pins for Curt Tow Bar - Qty 2 # C19746-2.
