Hi Bart!

When you install the SwingKing Bolt-On Swing Tongue Kit - 3x5 - Galvanized # TD93FR, you want to use qty.4 grade 5 (minimum) 1/2-13 hex bolts. With your your trailer's frame being 5" tall, you will want 6" long bolts, but you will also need to grab eight 4" long hex bolts for the side bolts. And you will need nuts for the bolts, of course. I tend to use lock nuts for this kind of thing (specifically nyloc), but you could use standard nuts with lock washers as well.

Are you wanting to put this on a boat trailer? It tends to be what most people use this type of thing for, but you never know. : )

@Bart We don't have a 26" tongue listed, so I would go with the 27" rating (which is this parts highest rating): 9,000 towing capacity + 900 tongue weight With that said, I don't think this is going to work with your boat/trailer due to the weight you listed. I did some searching and it looked like there are a few out there that can handle 10K, but not any that we carry, unfortunately.
