Looking for a towing trailer hitch that I can mount on my camper bumper for pulling my 8x12 trailer with a golf cart . The bumper is 4inch x 4 inch

Hey Jeff. The etrailer RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e38HR will fit a 4" x 4" bumper and has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity. It will bolt right to it with included hardware. This is our highest capacity bumper mounted hitch.
You'll also need the Curt 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector w/ 60" Harness and Mounting Bracket item # C58345. This will splice into your camper's wiring to provide the signals that your 8" x 12" trailer needs for it's lighting functions.
I recommend verifying that your bumper is rated for towing. You may need to install a hitch that attaches to your frame like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch item # C13701.
