Hey Mike! Can you identify the power center in your trailer? Aside from the actual lithium batteries like # 34282738 you need to make sure your converter is lithium compatible. Since it is a 2020 you might already have one that is lithium capable but you need to be sure. More than likely it is a WFCO so if you can let me know the model number I would be happy to check for you, or help you find a replacement converter section if it is not lithium compatible.

Thanks My WFCO unit is model # WF-8735P. I don’t think it is lithium ready. Also a question is regarding my 2015 Lexi’s rx350 awd alternator. I do have the tow package on the Lexus but want to know if the lithium would cause any issues. Thanks a bunch Mike

@Mike the alternator question comes up from time to time, and there is a lot of information out there saying different things. The 7-way on your Lexus won't actually be charging the batteries, only providing a maintenance charge, so that really won't be a problem. If you want it to charge them you will need to install an actual battery charger on your vehicle like the # RED96FR. The WF-8735P is not lithium compatible. Unfortunately, a replacement converter section is not an option for this model either. You can replace it with the Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series Mini RV Converter # PD4045KA which will allow you to use lithium-ion, flooded lead acid, AGM, and gel batteries.
