Will EcoHitch Front Hitch for 2024 Mercedes Sprinter Affect Front Sensors and Cruise Control

Question:

Will the hitch and any thing placed in it interfere with the parking, collision, or cruise control in the van? 20204 Mercedez 2500 Sprinter Thanks

Hey Jason, the install of the EcoHitch Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH99CR does not affect the front sensors or cruise control. What will you be using the front hitch for?

Thanks, I was hoping to put a bike or cargo basket on the front. From the picture showing the hitch installed I can see the hitch itself would not interfere with sensors. I'm mor worried about anything above the front bumper infront of the camera and sensors ,

@Jason I see what you mean now. Yeah a bike rack and bike would probably cause the sensors to be less reliable and would probably trigger false alarms.
