Hello mark, thanks for reaching out. We can definitely provide the parts you need to flat tow your 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I looked up that bumper online and I believe I found a picture of what you have, and if so, the best option would be to use the D-ring mounts on your bumper to attach the tow bar. Here is what I recommend:

You will need to select the correct bumper adapter based on your D-ring size. The battery disconnect is a requirement. As with any aftermarket bumper, you will want to check with the manufacturer, or otherwise verify the bumper is rated for flat towing.

Manufacturer states that the bumper isnt tow tested. So i guess i would have to get a baseplate or something that will fit underneath the jeep. I would also like something in the 9k lbs range to tow. My jeep will be loaded with some pretty heavy items. I enjoy overkill so that I dont have to worry. Buy once cry once. Thanks

@Mark Any chance you could email me a picture of your bumper? We MIGHT have a frame mounted base plate that will work, but I would want to look at exactly what you have in order to be 100 sure. My email is [email protected]. We can definitely do a higher rated tow bar like a 10K but let's nail down which base plate you are using first.

@Mark Got your pictures. I replied to you email but I figured I would post on here too. I believe the Blue Ox Base Plate # BX1134 will work with your bumper. It is known to work with ARB bumpers just like what you have. If you can double check and verify there are no obstructions in the mounting location, we can be certain it will work.
